Yesterday, we brought together volunteers from different sectors for the UGSAD Coastal Clean-up Drive in Sto. Niño Norte, Arevalo, Iloilo City. Together, we did our part by collecting plastic bottles, mixed waste, and other debris found along the area, contributing to the community’s continuing effort to keep our surroundings and waterways clean.
This initiative continues to grow because of people who show up and willingly give their time and effort. Our heartfelt gratitude to:

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Iloilo City General Services Office (GSO) for providing the truck and hauling the sacks of collected waste. We likewise thank Mayor Raisa Treñas for her continued support of UGSAD and its environmental initiatives.
As we look ahead, UGSAD will once again gather volunteers on the next full moon, September 26, 2026. We hope to see you there as we continue to do our part, one clean-up at a time.
