It was a privilege to be part of Paghugpong 2026: “Strengthening Ties, Empowering Leaders Toward a United Vision,” and to spend time with the student leaders of Iloilo National High School.
As student leaders, it is good to start early. Time is valuable and learning how to use our time with impact is important. Identify when you are most productive, structure your time, and accomplish important tasks first.
“Time management is not about being busy, it is about being impactful. Build a system that allows you to filter non-essential tasks and optimize high-value work.”
While we strive for high performance, we must also learn to recover. Make time for sleep, sports, interests, and the things that allow us to recharge. This balance makes avoid fatigue and burnout.
My appreciation to INHS-SSLG President Jeamille Anne Bagaforo, their advisers Rhanjit Kim Angelo B. Ferriol and Ma. Katherine G. Payopilin, and the entire INHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government for bringing young leaders together through Paghugpong 2026.
